Our Commitment
We are committed to conducting any telephone or text outreach in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state laws.
National and State Do-Not-Call Registries
Before placing telemarketing calls, we maintain procedures to check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do-not-call lists, and we honor those registrations as required by law.
Our Internal Do-Not-Call List
We maintain an internal do-not-call list. If you ask us not to contact you, we will add your phone number to that list and will not call or text you for marketing purposes going forward. Internal do-not-call requests are honored regardless of any prior relationship.
How to Opt Out

- Replying STOP to any text message from us;
- Emailing info@rightmtg.com with your name and phone number and a request to be placed on our do-not-call list; or

We will process opt-out requests promptly. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to take effect across our systems.
Calling Hours and Identification
We make marketing calls only during permitted hours and identify ourselves as Right Mortgage LLC, including a telephone number or address at which we can be reached.
Text Messaging
